Session and Payment Details

THE PHOTO SESSION:

Venue

Our photo sessions can be held at our well equipped, airconditioning and relaxing studio in Taman Putra Kajang (see location below) or at venue of your choice. There will be additional logistics charge for out-of-studio venue (see payment details below) for us to transport our lighting and shooting equipments plus setting up.

The Session

We will take several shots for each of our client. Shooting few different looks over the course of the session will help us to get a variety of your shots. Together with you, we will choose your 3 best shots for each session for us to final polish Additional charges will be required for extra images (see payment details below). Having gone through the entire session, we will work with the images that really suit best to you.

PAYMENTS

There are 3 streams of payments, as below:

  1. First Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the session’s total fee is required in advance (minimum 3 days after you received our quotation) to confirm your session. If we have not received it within the due date, your scheduled session is void and rescheduling is needed.

  2. Second Payment: Upon completing the shooting session, another 60% of the session’s total fee is due.

  3. Third Payment: Final payment of the balance 30% is due upon final delivery.

  4. Logistic charge for out-of-studio shoot, as follows:

    i. Bangi/Seri Putra/Putrajaya RM100

    ii. Within Klang Valley RM200

    iii. Outside of Klang Valley to be quoted

  5. Extra images - RM30 per polished image

  6. All payments shall be made payable to :

RESCHEDULING

If you have paid your deposits and you need to reschedule, kindly please inform us latest 24 hours before the scheduled session.

FINAL DELIVERY

For each session we will provide 3 final polished digital copies plus additional images requested.

PRINTING, FRAMING & MERCHANDISE (Optional)

Printing, framing and merchandise (eg: t-shirts, mugs, photobooks, etc) are available at additional cost, subject to sizes and designs. We are happy to provide you the choices available for your consideration.
